Nothing particularly special fractally, just trying out a new diffuse map I made; think it gives a nice 'techie' surface texture on a relatively simple form.
I don't generally use lightmaps Vince; this is a map on the diffuse colour, but it still needed a good bit of fiddling to get into the right position. Cheers!

I have read there are more option with lighting in the newest version of Mandelbulb3D, but I'm still using the 1.7.9.3
